One-Time Orders

Brick Steals does not offer cancellations on one-time orders once a purchase has been completed. Due to limited inventory and fast-moving products, orders are processed immediately after checkout. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after checkout, including address changes, item swaps, or quantity adjustments. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Subscriptions (Monthly Member Box)

The Monthly Member Box is $29.99 per month plus shipping.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same date and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing lou@BrickSteals.com. Canceling stops all future charges.

Charges that have already been made are final and not refunded, including partial months and boxes already charged.

Pre-Orders & Scheduled Items

If pre-orders or scheduled items are offered, these purchases are also non-cancelable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Payment Authorization

By completing checkout, you authorize Brick Steals to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount and, for subscriptions, for each renewal until you cancel.

No Refunds

All purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Policy Updates

Brick Steals reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued purchases after updates constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
