Brick Steals does not offer order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Due to limited inventory and fast-moving products, all orders are processed immediately after checkout.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after checkout

  • This includes address changes, item swaps, or quantity adjustments

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase

Pre-Orders & Scheduled Items

If pre-orders or scheduled items are offered, these purchases are also non-cancelable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Payment Authorization

By completing checkout, you authorize Brick Steals to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

No Refunds

All purchases are final sale.
No refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be issued for any reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
