All sales made through Brick Steals are final.

Due to the nature of limited-quantity items, collectibles, and fast-moving inventory, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please Note:

• All items are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or changes of mind.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped. If you do not receive your order, please contact us as we will contact our post master to try and get additional information about such dealy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit if appropriate. Failure to contact us within 48 hours voids eligibility for review.
