Processing & Delivery

Orders ship within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via USPS. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.

Stash & Ship

Anyone can choose Stash & Ship at checkout to hold figs and ship them together. Stash & Ship shows $0 at checkout because nothing ships yet; shipping is charged once, when your stash ships. Stashed figs can be held for up to 30 days, after which your stash ships at standard shipping rates.

Monthly Member Box

Each monthly box ships after that month's charge. Shipping is charged with each box.

Delays, Lost Packages & Addresses

Brick Steals is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived, email lou@BrickSteals.com with your order number and we'll contact USPS to help track it down.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. All sales are final; see our Refund Policy.
