Are your minifigures authentic?
Yes. 100% authentic LEGO® minifigures, each inspected before it's listed.
What do New and Used mean?
New figs are unused and may or may not be assembled. Reach out if that matters to you. Used figs are in good condition, with any wear noted in the listing.
What's an incomplete fig?
An authentic LEGO® minifigure that's missing a piece or two, like a hairpiece, cape or accessory. Each listing says exactly what's included and what's missing, and it's priced well under a complete fig. Shop them in Incomplete Figs.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 24–48 hours via USPS. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. We don't offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Can I buy now and ship later?
Yes. Pick Stash & Ship at checkout and we'll hold your figs for up to 30 days, then ship them together. You pay shipping once, when your stash ships.
